The size of Earth in comparison to the sun is equivalent to the size of a grain of sand, and even then, the size of the sun, in comparison to Betelgeuse, is equivalent to the size of one pixel. This proportion goes on for every realm of every solar system of every galaxy of the universe ..depending on how infinite you think “space” really is. So taking that into consideration, Earth is basically nothing in size, yet it still amazingly exceeds the size of us, just like we amazingly exceed the size of a micro-organism, and a micro-organism greatly exceeds the size of a quark. We are such an insignificant element of the universe, an accident almost. Some may say we are here “accidentally on purpose.” Unintentional occurrence or seven day masterpiece, we are here. We are ALL human; we are ALL equal. Our potentials should not be quantitatively measured by test scores and medals, and yet these very things determine our success. Our potentials should not be limited by feelings of being worthless if we don’t look a certain way or associate with the right people, and yet appearance and social status are leading causes of suicidal depression. Our potentials shouldn’t be measured by our beliefs, or lack thereof, and yet if one does not believe, they are looked down upon by the judgmental eyes of the followers. Hypocrisy. Prejudice. Savagery. What gives us the right to scrutinize our own kind? Nothing..for we are mere organisms living on a grain of sand on the vast shore of infinity.
